Performs accounting and bookkeeping related
activities in order to assist with the accurate and timely preparation and maintenance
of financial records, reports, and other documentation of the Housing
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Minimum
of two (2) years’ experience with general ledgers, account reconciliations, and
financial reporting required or equivalent combination of relevant education
and experience. Experience in computerized accounting software required. Governmental
accounting, real estate management or non-profit experience preferred. Experience
in HUD reporting desirable.

monthly journal entries and prepares preliminary financial statements, reports,
